Processing & Shipping:

All products are handmade with care. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and packaged. Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days).

Each package includes a tracking number and insurance for peace of mind.

Return & Refund Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our care products, all sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted. 

We offer sample sizes of our products so you can try them before committing to the full size options.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it. To request a replacement, please email us at info@mixxturecompany.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your first and last name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and a photo or video of the damaged or defective item.
