All of our products are handcrafted in small batches with care, so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed, prepared, and packaged. Shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail, and each package includes a tracking number for your peace of mind.

Exchanges

Because every product is handmade, we do not offer traditional returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there is a defect, damage or issue with your order, we will make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange an exchange or replacement.
